"My wife and I own a 2012 Hyundai Azera that had multiple issues that we attempted to have repaired at another shop unsuccessfully. We kept mentioning to them that the check engine light kept coming on, and it was starting to leak oil. As a result, the car broke down in our garage, and sat for almost two years. I knew the issue was serious, and lost hope in the vehicle. We were about to scrap the car, and sell it for parts, but my father suggested Advanced Automotive. He previously had great experiences with them, and highly recommended that we reach out to Advanced. Long story short, the biggest problem was a main oil seal in the crankshaft needed to be replaced, as well as other smaller issues that lead to this. Anna from Advanced Automotive reached out immediately, and gave us specifics. I really appreciated that, because shops usually give you the “runaround” trying to exploit you for more money (this was the case from the previous shop). Pricing was very reasonable, and the service was faster than expected. I can happily say that the car is now running better than before! The cherry on top was that Howard (owner), personally texted us to make sure everything was going smoothly. You CANNOT BEAT great customer service, and we are blown away from this experience. Fully intent on taking all of my vehicles to Advanced Automotive if/when we have any problems in the future. If I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would!"
