Our spring break road trip to see out of state family did not go as expected, as suddenly we were broken down, on the side of a busy highway, in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere. However, once we found Advanced Automotive, It was like we were with our family already! They went above and beyond and helping us get back on the road, meanwhile, our kids were more than content as they watched A movie and drink hot chocolate in the comfort of the waiting area. Anna, Stacey, and Patrick got us back on the road in no time and at the best price! We are very thankful to have had this situation come about, and even after arriving in our destination, our kids are talking about the fun they had waiting for our car to be fixed! As a mom, I can’t emphasize enough how thankful I am for the team at Advanced Automotive in Avon! If we lived there, this would be our place to go. I should note too, that there was a family waiting before we got there, and I could tell that the team was giving them the same type of care. That’s the type of care that leads to trust, and just what we need in this world! Thank you, Advanced Automotive!

Avon is blessed by the team at Advance! Our family van had the alternator die on us on Highway 70. I called around to find out where to get towed and God parted the clouds when we called Advance - Anna and Stacey made the choice clear. We got towed to Advance and they were able to work us in same day! Patrick dove right in. While we waited, our kids got to enjoy hot chocolate, sit on a comfy couch, and watch a movie. Most car repair shops are sterile with hard backed chairs and the smell of oil on linoleum. Advance was the opposite. While the blizzard raged, it felt like a ski lodge moment (after what we'd been through) The entire time we felt taken care of and understood. They put in extra care to get us back on the road as quick as possible. We are back on the road, but wishing every car repair shop was like this! And kudos on the cute shop dog, clean bathroom, soda vending machine, and coffee. Clearly a family-friendly place. It'd be our shop if we lived in Avon. Thank you, Advance!

I returned to get my Chevy truck brakes looked at and transmission serviced. I trust Advanced Automotive to do a great job every time - and they did. Brakes much better and trany shifts like new. Very happy with their work and prices. My vehicles love it here. Thank you Anna and crew. Very pleasant atmosphere. Service was timely and price quoted was the final price. No pressure like dealerships where they pressure you into repairs you don't need yet or find things you know weren't there when you came in. They will inform you if something needs done soon like leaks or worn brakes that still have some life left. They explain everything well. They complete the job you came in for. I am very happy I found them and will bring all my work to them in the future.
