We have used Advance Automotive for years. The customer service is top notch. Anna has always been sweet to deal with and does an excellent job helping us out. Advance has always been honest with us when we need to take care of something right away, can hold off on a repair for a little bit, or if we really don't need to worry about it being repaired at all. Telling us that we can get by not fixing something tells me that they are honest and not just in it to make a buck. We trust them with all of our automotive needs. We have 15+ year-old vehicles that need a repair here and there, and they've always taken fantastic care of us.

Took my van in for an oil change, and to check the brakes, as I thought they were due for a change. They called me and let me know that the brakes were good but the oil cap was busted, thanks to the last place over-tightening it. They got the part quick and my van was ready in no time. This morning, my van had a flat tire and they immediately sent a guy out to pick up the flat (our model doesn't have a spare), fix it and bring it straight back. Their customer service is top notch! We will definitely be back!
