Absolutely outstanding experience — a true gem of a shop! After a different shop replaced the battery in my wife’s Honda Accord, a warning light wouldn’t go away. We spent over a month trying to get it fixed — including the dealership, who quoted $160 just to diagnose it, with no real solution or urgency. Then we found Advance Automotive. They took the car in the same day, ran a free diagnosis, and gave us honest, practical advice without trying to upsell us. Total professionals. You can tell it’s a family-owned shop — everyone we interacted with was genuine, respectful, and clearly cared about doing right by us. It’s rare to find a shop like this. They’ve earned my trust, and I highly recommend.
